  • How long will my fundraiser last?
    Fundraisers are designed to last 10 days. We like this time frame the best because a 10-day campaign allows for a concentrated and focused effort to achieve the fundraising goal. A shorter time frame creates a sense of urgency, encouraging donors to act quickly. Donors may experience decision fatigue in longer campaigns, leading to delayed or no action. A 10-day window simplifies the decision-making process for your potential contributors.
  • What is expected of my team for the fundraiser?
    Our fundraising model operates on a collaborative outreach effort between your team and the fundraising experts at Boost. Where we come in is by sending engaging, eye-catching email campaigns containing information about your fundraiser to potential donors submitted by your team. A minimum of 15 email addresses is required by each participant, but including more will increase the chances of your fundraisers overall success. Email addresses are used ONLY for your fundraiser, and potential donors can opt out of receiving emails at any time. No emails will be sent after your fundraising campaign has closed.   • How do team members earn prizes?
    Team members participating in your fundraiser can earn prizes by hitting donation targets.
  • What is a Power Hour?
    A Power Hour refers to the first hour of your fundraiser kickoff where your team concentrates all of their effort into spreading the word about your fundraiser.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
